Review: Peripera Ink Matte Blur Tint

What is more strange to me that It was back in my head that this is going to happen, I don’t know much about her but I have seen the netizen hate comments for her in articles in the past but I can’t find a reason why she was hated so much. Today I will be reviewing the Peripera Ink Matte Blur Tints which is one of the most beautiful and popular product by Peripera.

MY THOUGHTS

The packaging of these are so attractive to and better looking than the Peripera signature packaging, these came is a transparent triangular-shaped box with shade name mentioned at the side in bold font.

The Peripera Ink Matte Blur tints came in long tube shapes which look like lab test tubes, the applicator has a tear shape flat doe applicator with the light pink handle. The matte finish tube itself is transparent so you can see the actual shade and product left in the tube. The shades are also mentioned on the top holders which makes it easier to find them.

The formulation is pretty thick which has a mousse textured to it. These smell so good like a mixture of marshmallows and vanilla, the scent is not prominent so I don’t think anyone will have a problem with that. I have to say that this is one of the best shade range for the Mlbb lip products lover in Korean beauty. They have extended the shade range to 17 which is great.

01 Goddess Beige: I bought this shade because it is the lightest shade in the collection which a beautiful light nude beige shade and looks gorgeous as a base and on its own as well.

03 Hitwave Orange: The shade 03 Hitwave Orange becomes very famous because it is one of the favorite shade of the model/actress/ member of girl group April Lee Na Eun and it looks so pretty on her. It is a really pretty and unique color that has a hit of coral/pink with an orange tone as a base, a very unique brick color I can say which looks gorgeous on the lips.

05 Dusky Orange: This is another shade very popular and is gorgeous indeed as it is a dark brick color with a tone of red, orange and brown to it. The shade I gravitate towards the most.

The formulation of the Peripera Ink Matte Blur Tint is similar and all are highly pigmented. A little goes a long way and these do not dry down. These tints have more opacity than the Airy Ink Velvet which I adore a lot. These are more moisturizing than the Velvet tints and do not dry. It is lightweight texture and feels very airy on the lips as well, these does transfer easily.

The best way to apply is to use the applicator first and then press and rub gently with the finger to make it sit well on the lips and for the blur effect. Less is more here so you have to start with the small amount of tint and try to add if you need more color. You can also press the lips together to make the lips look smooth.

SWATCHES

These Peripera Tints are water resistant but not oil so if you eat something oily you have to reapply it. These do not stain as strongly as the other Peripera tints but they do leave a little bit of tint behind. These stay well on for 3-6 hours on me before applying again. Make sure to exfoliate and moisturize before applying this because it will help in getting the blur effect perfectly. Overall I really like them and I have been reaching out to these Peripera Ink Matte Blur Tint and I will grab some more shades in the future as well. Definitely a great from Peripera.
