Review: Nature Republic Black Bean Anti Hair Loss Shampoo

Nature Republic Black Bean Anti Hair Loss Shampoo Review

I have been eyeing on this shampoo since I saw the best of the best shampoo video by Director Pi and she mentioned the Nature Republic Black Bean Anti Hair Loss Shampoo as one of the best shampoos for the people who are suffering from hair fall. It’s been 7years since my hair starts to become thin and fall and honestly not much has changed even though I have tried many things. I am not expecting this shampoo to do any wonder as it is a simple shampoo, not a treatment.

MY THOUGHTS

The Nature Republic Black Bean Anti Hair Loss Shampoo came in a 300ml bottle packaging which has a transparent black color to with the pump to squeeze the shampoo out.

Overall I find the packaging convenient but you need to twist it all the way back to lock it which will waste some product as well.

Without a doubt, the ingredients of this shampoo are as good as it contains niacinamide, salicylic acid (0.2%) and tex -Panthenol which helps in cleansing and nourishing. Also, the main ingredient is black bean extract (2.2PPM) and black bean complex that helps in reducing the hair fall and nourishing the scalp and hair.

The shampoo itself has a black gel kind of consistency which is more on a liquidy side. It has a strong mint scent to it which is similar to the local toothpaste. On application, the shampoo does provide a cooling sensation to the scalp and makes a nice amount of foam as well. If you have oily hair this may do not work really well for you as it does not remove the oil well. It leaves the hair well moisturized and gives shine to it as well but I do think the people with coarse hair will enjoy it more than the people with the thin hair. It is recommended to wash off the shampoo with lukewarm water and I do use it as it is instructed. As I usually oil my hair before taking shower this does not seems to work well in removing the oil even though I sometimes applied it twice. I also have seen that this might reduce the volume of your hair if you have fine hair which I do.

Overall it is a nice daily shampoo that does help in reducing the hair fall but sadly I don’t think I will be reaching for it often maybe in summer I will give it a try again. I do like it but it is not my favorite shampoo.

The people who want gentle yet effective shampoo will definitely enjoy it and plus this one has some great ingredients overall so make sure to check this, it is available at Jolse for 16 dollars (on discount) right now.
