Review: NAMING Color Quartet Eye Palettes

NAMING COLOR QUARTET EYE PALETTES REVIEW

Hope everyone is doing great, lately, I have seen so many great products and brands coming out in Korean Beauty Industry and I am totally loving the concepts and the aesthetics and concepts of those products make me want to try them so badly. I have my eyes on Naming. Since they came out and I really live the minimal concept of their brand.

NAMING

NAMING. LOGO

Naming
was officially launched in March 2019. The brand makes a stir as they introduced MLBB colors to the bold red and yellow colors and minimal packaging makes them stand the most where most Korean brands go for cute and luxurious packaging.

MY THOUGHTS

NAMING COLOR QUARTET EYE PALETTES PACKAGING

I love the aesthetics of naming and their palette packaging is just perfect. I love the sturdy square plastic case and big pans and mostly importantly the press button opening as it makes it more secure to travel with and have fewer chances of damaging or breaking the product. The shade names are mentioned in English at the back of the palette as well on the packaging. I really like the size of pans as you can dip your eye/blush brush into it and you can actually use these Naming color quartet eye palettes for multipurpose as I personally love the matte shadows to be used as blush as well.

There are total of 4 different Naming palettes available and each of them contains 4 shades. You get 13.5 of product in each palette and a palette retails for 24 dollars but you can find it around 17-20 dollars on sales mostly.

I absolutely love this palette, I love how it is perfect for creating daily looks, the people who love brown and gold looks will definitely enjoy it. I love to use shade sand and salt caramel to use as a blush and deep brown for the browns and for extra dimension.

NAMING COLOR QUARTET EYE PALETTE IN TOUCH

NAMING COLOR QUARTET EYE PALETTE IN TOUCH REVIEW

White pink: it is basically a white matte shadow with a hit of pink. It is not as soft as sand from the perfect baked palette.
Peach brown: it is a matte dry rose shade that is beautiful but again feels a bit dry.
Pink street: it is a shimmer finish pink with is sheer and has fine pink and silver glitter to it. This does not have much of base color and more of cool tone to it.
Grape brownie: It is a cool tone brown with a hint of wine shade to it. It has a matte finish which fairly pigmented.

I am not a pink lover when it comes to shadows but I really like how they use neutral colors to balance the overall look of the palette. I think one can create so many beautiful and daily looks with the palette. I do like it and reach for it. I use peach brown as a blush with a white pink as a base sometimes.

This palette makes me so happy when I saw it for the first time as I haven’t seen a brick orange shade that looks that bright and pigmented. I love the color selection of this palette. You can create a warm as well cool tone look with this palette and daily as well. I am highly impressed by the dejavu pigmentation.

I don’t have the nanna but it is also a beautiful daily use peach tone palette which I wouldn’t mind owning.

Overall Naming color quartet eye palettes have great formulation and the matte shades are a little bit of powdery but they have nice pigmentation and blends easily so I don’t find that a problem. The shimmery/ glittery shades are absolutely gorgeous, they shine so beautifully on the eyes and they are applied best with the fingers. The formulation of the Naming Palettes are good enough to compare it with the western eye palettes formulation. I am overall impressed with these Naming color quartet eye palette so much and I will highly recommend to check these out.

I think these Naming color quartet eye palettes are perfect for beginners as you know exactly what you need to create with these shades and they are pretty easy to work with. One can easily choose the palette according to their needs and shade likeness.
