Hope everyone is doing great, today I am going to review the Romand better than palettes, i haven't tried their eye palettes before so i am really excited . As I am a warm tone lover and I think I’m warm tone I got both warm tone palettes from Romand.
I got 01 #PampasGarden and 02 #mahoganygarden palette, both weigh 7.5 g Each. Each palette contains 10 shades in total so if you compare to their 4 pan palettes, better than eyes from Romand it's quite cheaper.
ROMAND BETTER THAN PALETTE THE SECRET GARDEN
I personally like the simple yet sleek packaging of the Romand palettes. You don’t get the mirror or brush with it as personally, I don’t use them so I don’t mind that at all. They have released 07 palettes in total for now while 00 is all glitter shadow palette
Each palette contains 10 shades in total so if you compare it to their 4 pan palettes it's quite cheaper. I the palettes 01 and 03 and palettes 7.5 g in total. Romand both palettes contain 6 matte shadows and 4 shimmer/glitters.
ROMAND BETTER THAN PALETTE THE SECRET GARDEN PAMPAS GARDEN
This palette can be define as a warm tone palette with the mixture of coral,orange and browns shades but it has a more soft vibe.
GLAM STAR: it is a balm-type multi glitter shadow with a champagne shimmer base with green and coral glitter in it.
SPARKLING PETAL: it has dimensional glitter with chunky hexagon coral/ beige glitter for point makeup.
SHINING PAMPAS: it is a sheer shimmer shadow with a coral base with blue and silver multi glitter. These kinds of shadows are what romand is famous for, these are known as Vaseline glitter.
CORAL DAY: it is a matte coral eye shadow.
SUNSHINE SHOWER: it a bronze shimmer shade with a nice base color.
SKIN BEIGE: it's the off-white matte base color.
PINK PAMPAS: it is a light pink with a hint of coral to it, matte shadow.
MELLOW CORAL: this is a peach-orange matte shade.
MOOD BROWN: it is a light brown matte shade with a warm tone.
DEEP BROWNIE: it is a matte dark brown van be used as a liner as well.
ROMAND BETTER THAN PALETTE THE SECRET GARDEN MAHOGANY GARDEN
This is also a great palette for warm tone and neutral eyeshadow lovers but i think people with the cool tone can use some shades as well. This is your basic beige to brown with a hint of gold plaette.
DAZZLE HONEY: it has the Vaseline glitter formula with the fine shimmer glitter. It is a beautiful beige brown with champagne shimmer glitter.
GLARING SUN: it has multi-dimensional glitter with hexagon blue to mint color glitter with the peachy orange tiny glitters.
GLAZED GOLD: this is a shimmer shadow in a bronze shade.
BURNY BROWN: it is a mid-tone matte brown shade, has a super soft formulation.
EARTHY GLAM: it is a balm glitter type with bronze glitter which can feel on the skin so it is better to use it with a tiny brush and dab it on the skin gently, try to avoid rubbing as it can irritate the skin.
COTTON BEIGE: it a matte light ivory color.
SOFT DREAM: it is a matte beige color.
MILDY WOOD: this is a matte finish, brown beige shade.
MAROON BROWN: it is warm tone brown, matte shadow.
DEEP MAHOGANY: it is a dark brown which is neutral.
You get 4 types of formulation in these palettes; Matte, balm glitter, Vaseline glitter and shimmers.
The matte is very soft and smooth and blends easily with each other. They did have a blurring effect as well. The balm glitter formulation is not my favorite but you need to work with it and it takes time to build up sometimes. The Vaseline glitter adheres very well once you applied it on so you have to be careful and it’s better to use a small precise brush to apply on the area you want. The shimmer formulation is nice, not very pigmented but has a soft and smooth finish. I have noticed in the balm glitter and Vaseline glitter formulation as the weather is getting cold it’s hard to apply them, the formulation seems more solid as well.

WHICH ONE SHOULD I BUY?
If you are looking for peachy coral palette with the more girly vibe go for the Pampas Garden one but if you are love brown and want to stick to something neutral, get the Mahogany Garden but palettes are stunning and i persomnally love them both.
Overall I really like the concept of how they focus on the brightness of colors in the palette which way it will be easier to create looks for beginners even. Honestly i love both palettes and will surely try the other shades as well but as it's fall I would like to recommend the Mahogany Garden for now.
