Review: Deck of scarlet

Today, I'm reviewing the two eye makeup products from a brand called Deck of Scarlet.

DECK OF SCARLET

They create clean beauty by fusing vivid color, innovative textures, unprecedented finishes, and pigmentation with clean, vegan formulas. Simply good for you is not good enough. The list of ingredients they refuse to use is over 50 items long, and constantly growing.

DUAL DRAMA LIQUID EYELINER

The liner came in sturdy and heavy packaging. The dual drama liquid eyeliner is one of its kind as you get the black classic liquid liner on one side and on the other side you have the duo-chrome liner. They have released 4 shades in total. The tip of the liner is little bit stuff but still flexible so one can create the edge storks easily. The duo chrome liner side has more pigmentation so one can use it as all over shadow as well and it still looks gorgeous.

the main ingredients are;

Moringa Oil delivers intense moisture deep into the hair shaft to help stimulate growth.
Peptides stimulate keratin production to help promote thicker, fuller lashes.
Biotin promotes the body and shines for hair while helping to smooth and moisturize lashes.

liners are waterproof and do not get off easily and stay on all day long.

Cosmic Rays: It is one of my favorite colors, it shifts from dark indigo to violet.
Retrograde: this shade shifts from rosy plum to golden olive. It has less of duo chrome on me as compared to others and the rosy tone is more obvious.
Solar Flare: My sister loved the solar flare so much so I don’t have it with me. But it is a beautiful bronzer to gold green duo chrome line.
Interstellar:
another beautiful color it shifts from teal to cobalt blue.

My personal picks are cosmic rays and solar flare for sure. These liner costs 28 USD each and contains 3ml of product.

METAL LEAF SHADOW POT

I love the sturdy glass packaging with the black cap. you get the extra plastic sheet layer that holds the shadow in place. These foiled eye shadows give different effect depending on how you apply them, pressing them generally give a soft look while swiping them on give more of glam look with more pigmentation. They are not moveable once fixed and have great longevity, the formulation is easy to work. The shadows I got have different sizes of glitters to them.

the key ingredients are;

Jojoba Oil delivers intense hydration helps to promote collagen synthesis and reduce the appearance of fine lines.
Castor Oil moisturizes the skin for comfortable wear, helps to fade the appearance of pigmentation on the eyelids.

They have introduced the 7 shades in total for now. I got two of them.

Smashed Crystal: it is a beautiful champagne pigment with a pink hint to it.
Party Trick: it is rose gold with a hint of bronze to it with some blue glitter which is not much visible.

These shadows cost 25 USD each and contain 5.00ml of product.

Overall I love both liners and shadow pot from the deck of scarlet, can’t wait to see more awesome products from them in the future.

Both products mentioned here are vegan and are not tested on animals either.
You can purchase the Deck of Scarlet products from their official site.
