Review: MERZY The First Creamy Concealer

Finding a good concealer is hard honestly and last year I found the etude house one which I really like and this year I think I found a new favorite already. Merzy is a pretty new Korean brand but many of their products are getting people's attention because of the good quality. Today I will be reviewing their Concealer for you guys.

MY THOUGHTS

This came in a sturdy frosted transparent plastic packaging and in a tube form, basically, it’s a liquid concealer. You get the 5.6g of product which is a pretty nice amount. Overall packaging does not look cheap and I personally like it.
This concealer came in 3 different shades, again the color range is not the best and I choose the darkest shade which is called CL03 Natural. It has a duo foot applicator which is a little long so you can apply it widely. The Merzy creamy concealer has a hint of scent to it which fades away once you applied it.
For the ingredients, it has some lovely ingredients which help in calming the skin Centella Extract, Purslane Extract, Matricaria Flower Extract, Cheast Tree Extract, and Green Tea Extract.

On application it gives a cooling effect to the skin, does not feel heavy or cakey. The CL03 Natural has a natural tone with a hint of yellow which looks great overall on the skin Talking about the formulation, as it dries down quickly you have to work quickly with it. The pigmentation of the Merzy first creamy concealer is pretty good and you can cover spots and dark circles with it. As it has wearing fitting powder technology in it, I sets well on the skin with the matte finish so you don’t need to use powder if you have dry to normal skin but for oily skin, they may need powder. If you have dry skin it’s better to moisturize well as it can cling on to dry areas. At first, the concealer feels creamy yet lightweight once blended it is more on the powdery side which is interesting. The coverage is not dramatic but one can build and it looks pretty natural and thin on the skin and cover spots.The concealer last 5-6 hours on its own which is pretty good.
