Even though I am running a blog related to beauty but I never paid much attention to my skin before, I have used the harshest ingredients like lemon and baking soda, well you can say i have tried all the DIY from the Pinterest  to cure my acne but that thing just make it worst until I discover the Asian skincare and Kbeauty, I wasn't aware of how harsh i was going with my skin. I am right now in the process of learning about my skin and I can’t say that I know all about skin but yeah I am getting somewhere. To be honest I don’t care much about my rest of the body as I should! I don’t moisturize routinely and I mostly forgot that I have hand creams and body lotion but lately I am getting interested in body skincare .I am testing the products from the brand called Fernberry for a month and a half now and I will be reviewing them today.
Fernberry is a skincare brand which currently have four products which covers the lips,hands,feet and body skincare products.

They used Sodium hyaluronate crosspolymer in their products, it is modified form of hyaluronic acid which i love personally and this one is better than ever, it is not derived from the animal source so its a plus point for the people who are looking for cruelty free products and ingredients which actually works. It helps in skin conditioning,hydrates the skin and works amazing to fight against wrinkles.It is used in many advanced technology and luxurious skincare products as it works better and quickly.

PACKAGING

All of the products came in a nice hard box with the tote bag printed Fernberry logo on it. All the products came in a white plastic tube which is glossy and has pastel theme going on which I personally like. The packaging was simple yet attractive. You have to press the tube to dispense the products.

MY THOUGHTS

Mochi Lips Nourishing Lip Conditioner 

It is one of product that i used mostly, the texture of this one is pretty interesting and it came out cloudy like petroleum jelly out of tube but once its spread and rub against the skin, it becomes transparent and gives a glossy finish. It is non sticky and the consistency and texture is between the balm and gloss.It has a floral fruity scent to it which is not over whelming. It does not feel heavy and tacky. I have been using it in a multiple ways, most randomly I use it instead of lip balm to moisturize and nourish my lips. I use it as a lip gloss as it gives a glossy finish and keeps the moisture in my lips and add volume to my lips. I simply take a 1 -2 dot of product and apply it on the top of my lipstick or lip tint with my fingers. It is very light weight and is transferable but it really helps to keep my lips soft, plump and moisturize.

MY THOUGHTS

Petals & Cream Softening Hand Cream Review

It came in a white tube and contains the 50 g of product. It has a strong scent especially once you dispense the product which I am not really a fan of but it fades away after few minutes. It is opaque and bit more viscous than mochi lips, it is more on the balm side in consistency.  it absorbs nicely into the skin and hand feels super soft and smooth like a baby butt and moisturize the hands and softer the cuticles. It does not feel heavy on the skin nor does it feel greasy or tacky. It is also a must have me especially when I am going outside, mostly I toss it in my bag as I always forget to moisturize my hands.

The thing I like most about this cream is that even though it looks thick just like other hand cream it absorbs into the skin as I don’t like the sticky and the cream which feels like a layer sitting on the top of skin. I like this hand cream the I think it is great for everyone, as the winter are approaching my hands are becoming more dry and I think i will be using it more as this really beat the dryness and gives a healthy look to my hands.

Replenishing Smoothie Conditioning Foot Cream Review

It is more emollient in texture and white in color. The foot cream has more pleasant yet herbal scent to it which is perfect for feet as it can reduce the feet odor. It is more moisturizing and hydrating than the hand cream.

The consistency is less thick than the hand cream.it does not  absorb as quick as the hand cream but it work well for the cream as we care less about our feet and to be honest I don’t put creams on my feet on daily basis actually I maybe apply them once in a month which I am not really proud of but yeah when I was testing this product I totally feels the difference. My feet feels softer, brighter and firmer. I apply it mostly before going to sleep and massage for 5 minutes and I can see the difference, the feet looks way better and light, I can sleep more easily and my body overall feel relaxed after the hectic day.

I am personally a fan of oils and this one contains rice bran oil which is an amazing skin moisturizer, moringa oleifera seed oil helps in healing, provide nutrition and works as against aging, lavender oil is great to heal the scars and for relieving stress. And camellia japonica seed oil is rich in anti-oxidants and keep the skin moisturize.

Moisturizing Mousse Ultra-Fine Daily Body Scrub Review

This came in a giant tube and contain 150g of product, I don’t think it is an ideal packaging for the scrub especially for the consistency this one has. It is super thick and pretty much solid. It might confuse at first as the name is the moisturizing mousse but it is actually not a mousse, it a finely grinded scrub. It is really hard to get the product out even though the sea salt granules is pretty small but due to the thick consistency it is hard. It smells the best out of all, it has an artificial blueberry/bubble gum fragrance to it. It has plenty of sea salt which helps in gentle scrubbing and does make a tiny bit of foam. The granules are not harsh on skin but removes the dead skin efficiently and leaves the skin soft and smooth.

The skin feels moisturized, supple, bright and velvety it contains the Camellia Japonica Seed Oil, argan oil and jojoba oil which helps in moisturizing and softening the skin. Overall I really enjoyed this body scrub except for the packaging, it is a great product.

OVERALL

Overall I am enjoying all the products from Fernberry and honestly I can’t find any flaw in their products and formulation except for the hand cream over whelming scent and the scrub packaging , other than that the formulation was mild and they works nicely.
