I think base products are very important as they create the canvas, even your eyeshadows are not pigmented or so but you can work with them but when it comes to base makeup according to me it represents 70-80 percent of your whole look. I have acne prone skin so that means I also have scars as well and I mostly get to cover them pretty goodly and all thanks to great Korean skincare products and base products. Summer and humidity are really killing the skin so i am trying to avoid the foundations in general and reaching for concealers more yeah you can say I am on my way to 'foundation free' journey.

MY THOUGHTS

Fist I really like the packaging, it does not look cheap like the glass plastic and the squarish shape tube really reminds me of the Nars radiant creamy concealer and this is 10 dollar concealer. Etude House Big Cover Skin Fit Concealer Pro has a flat tip applicator which works fine for me.
Okay, we will start with the shade range first today. The shade range seems okay when I heard there are 9 shades I was happy as mostly there are two to four shades to the max. The problem 9 shades revolve around the no. 13 to no. 23 as usual….ughh. Well, they do have two color collecting shades, starting with the neutral shades there are the neutral peach and neutral mint which does have a little undertone to them so they can be used by more skin tones. There are five shades in the no. 21 category which is further divided in bright 21 shade and calm 21 shade. Bright 21 have two shades, light vanilla, and neutral vanilla while calm 21 have three shades starting with P04 Petal, N04 Neutral beige and Y04 Beige. Finally the shade no. 23 have 2 shade, in the bright category we have N05 sand and in the calm category the last shade N06 tan. I swear I don’t know what I just write, my brain is so confused.

I choose the shade tan which is the shade I have in Etude house double lasting foundation which is not a perfect match to my skin but yeah quite near to it so yeah Tan is the darkest shade in Big Cover Skin Fit Concealer Pro shades but just to remember in the double lasting foundation by Etude House tan is not the darker shade, they have no.24 which is called amber and I think that one is around NC 30 (In mac shade). The tan shade is perfect for spot concealing right not for me, I have used it all over my face and I love how my skin looks and I also tried to cover my dark circles it looks little dark as for the eye concealer but it covers pretty well. If you are near NC 30 you can work with this concealer. I will try the N05 for my dark circle I think. Here is another thing about this concealer is that it does not contain any SPF so there is no flashback chances.

Etude House Big Cover Skin Fit Concealer Pro is medium to high coverage concealer and definitely, you can build the coverage. It has that mild citrusy fresh scent to it which fades away after applying it on. The formula is not liquidy and is actually creamier and it seems like it is going to feel heavy on the skin but girl this feels like nothing like literally I am blessed to have this concealer in this humid hot summer. This concealer by Etude House blends into the skin so effortlessly and it does not look cakey or patchy but still, it lasts 7-10 hours easily, I personally prefer to use powder to set it down but you can skip if you have dry skin. It does crease a little bit under my eye like any concealer in the world but if I set it well it stays still. It feels super light to the coverage it is giving which shocks me even more, I totally forgot the tarte shape tape concealer for a minute! Etude House Big Cover Skin Fit Concealer Pro has a matte finish but it does not dry out the skin nor does it exaggerate the texture of the skin, it actually gives the velvety finish to the skin. I am living for this concealer right now, it’s water-proof, sweat-proof even if you wash it with the soap it does not come off. Etude House Concealer is actually worth more than the price you are giving.
