Review : Moonshot Microfit Cushion Special Pack

This Moonshot cushion is so near to my heart because of many reasons and one of the reason is I am YG bias sorry but yeahhh! I like Korean music and I am a VIP ( Big Bang fan) as well and especially I am huge fan of G Dragon. Yessshh! The one and the only most fashionable person who knows how to carry "every style" and this is a cushion by that (my) man, GD so I have to give it a shot. I know there are many reviews on this cushion but i really wanted to try it by myself as I have an acne prone skin and as i am cushion lover so I have to try this one as well.

How To Use

 1.Apply it with the sponge applicator on cleansed and moisturized face.

 2.Re-apply if needed. Can be used before or after make up.

 3.Replace the air cushion when no liquid can be pressed out.

PACKAGING

Starting with the packaging it came with the refill in a beautiful holographic box with the purple geometric print. When you open the box there is the actual cushion with the case and extra refill.

The case itself is glossy black with the again holographic printed name of moonshot logo/name which makes it simple but sleek. the compact/case itself is pretty sturdy and came in a round shape as mostly cushion does but the size of this one is more smaller than the most of the cushions I own. The case can get dirty easily because of hand prints. The weight of the product you are getting is 12g. I find this cushion more travel friendly as it is more compact one can easily carry it around.

TEXTURE/COVERAGE/COLOR/SCENT

 air puff feels super soft and blends the product nicely and evenly

It is light weight, easily blend able foundation which is more on a natural to medium coverage, it gives a satin finish and is not very buildable. It has fresh floral scent and adhere to the nicely and the shade 201( vanilla beige) is the one which is pretty neutral shade bit the perfect match for my skin I think would be 301(natural beige). This cushion does give a brightening effect to the face.

MY THOUGHTS

I was shocked how this sinks into the skin like in seconds and it blends well into your skin. I am not sure whether it oxidize or not but it just blends into the skin amazingly. I am actually a person who used a shade number 23 in Korean shades which are sometime light for me but this cushion is 201 which is in between the 21 and 23 but it just makes my skin flawless, it reduce the pores size and blurs them and the fine lines as well. It provides the natural/dewy finish with the brightening effect as it has spf 50 with PA+++ but it does not look bad at all or flash back in the pictures which is great.

contains a 28 percent of bamboo extract which moisturize and soothes the skin

I think this is great for all the season but definitely you have to set it powder in summer and it is not really ideal for people with dark spots or freckles or who are looking for full coverage cushion.it last for 4-6 hour and one need touch ups in between especially the people with the oily skin.it is buildable till the medium coverage.

I am enjoying this cushion till it lasts and loving it, definitely it is a great cushion and i am saying it without being biased(Just thought that i need to clear as i was fanning about the YG and G Dragon....hehehe). GD cushion is not perfect for the people with acne scars or want high coverage but i does makes your skin look better without making it cakey. I have tested a lot of cushions even though I haven’t reviewed them here as i am thinking of doing a comparisons but unquestionably this one is in my favorites for sure.
